1:1 calendar bookings
We built a booking system where visitors choose the date and time for a 1:1 consultation themselves, directly from an always up-to-date calendar.
Context
Stefan Ion is a therapist whose practice blends psychology with personal and spiritual development. He needed a single place online where he presents his therapies, sells his books, promotes his courses and where people can book a 1:1 consultation - and where students can later go through the courses in a dedicated space.
What we did
We developed a custom platform that brings everything together in one place: a book store, courses, 1:1 calendar bookings, an e-learning platform for students, a blog and therapy pages.
Platform for students
We created an e-learning space, with a personal account, where students go through the courses they purchased at their own pace, with ongoing access to the lessons.
Book store
We created an online store where Stefan's books can be ordered simply, with clear product pages and an easy-to-follow checkout process.
Course presentation
We set up pages dedicated to each course, explaining the topic and benefits and leading naturally toward a booking or enrollment.
Therapy pages
We built sections that present the types of therapy on offer, so every visitor quickly finds what suits them.
Built-in blog
We created an easy-to-update blog where Stefan shares articles and steadily brings in new visitors from searches on personal development topics.
Responsive design
We created a polished layout on desktop, tablet and phone, so the whole journey - from books to bookings and courses - is just as simple on any device.
The result
A complete platform where a single site carries the visitor from a therapy or a book all the way to a 1:1 booking and to the courses followed in the students' space. Stefan manages everything from one place, and people easily find exactly what they are looking for.
