The context

Cooper & Hunter is an international brand of air conditioning systems and heat pumps, for residential and commercial use: air conditioning, multi-split, VRF systems, heat pumps, fan coil units and ventilation units with heat recovery.

They needed more than a classic store. They wanted a platform to manage their dealer network: products visible to anyone, but ordering and pricing available only to verified partners, with commercial terms that differ from one dealer to another.

What we did

We built a custom platform designed around the relationship with dealers, on top of a complete and easy-to-manage product catalog.

Public catalog

All products and categories are publicly visible, with detailed pages, but prices and ordering appear only after sign-in.

Dealer registration

A clear sign-up process through which a new partner creates an account and submits the details needed for verification.

Manual approval

Accounts are validated manually by administrators, after checks, so that only real dealers gain access to ordering.

Custom pricing

From the admin panel, each dealer can be granted promotional prices and individual discounts, controlled centrally.

Ordering for partners

Once approved, the dealer sees their own prices and places orders simply, from a single place.

Speed, mobile and SEO

A fast platform, flawless on any screen and optimized for niche HVAC search terms.

The result

A B2B platform that fully digitizes the relationship with dealers: prices controlled centrally, secure access only for verified partners and a catalog that stays open to the public. Cooper & Hunter now manages from a single place both the products and the commercial terms of each dealer.
